This one-day training workshop is designed to give you a practical introduction to exercises which will kick-start an online transformation of your business and make change happen.
Change takes many forms. Perhaps you are looking to change your way of working to better support customers or to build internal capabilities as well as tools and skills for your team to function more efficiently. You may be thinking about modernizing older systems and processes, setting an online strategy to recruit new children and teachers or trying to more effectively use social media… but feel you need a little bit of a helping hand to navigate it all.
This hands-on workshop will help you understand the value of creating an online hub for your business and give you some skills to start making improvements with communication as a whole including hosting and participating effectively in ZOOM meetings.
Today, most individuals use the internet to locate or learn more about a company's offerings. This might be the case if they've heard about you from a friend or family member, seen your name elsewhere, or found your company in a search result. And what they discover will influence whether they stay on your website and explore further or whether they immediately depart (bounce off). The likelihood is that if someone finds you on social media and is considering doing business with you, they will visit your website to learn more about you. They might choose to accomplish this on their mobile device given how many people use their smart phones to browse the web.
It isn’t a one hit wonder that will magically drive people to your business. It requires an investment of time and energy, planning and thought, strategic activities, follow-up and follow-through. The result of your hard work, assuming you’re delivering on what you are selling to begin with, can help build brand name recognition, develop a solid reputation for your business and have a greater potention to increase enrollment!
